About The Author

Hi, I’m Aditya Singh.

My journey into psychology began with a simple but persistent question: Why do people think, feel, and behave the way they do? That curiosity slowly turned into a lifelong fascination with the human mind.

I first studied Applied Psychology during my undergraduate years, where I was introduced to the foundations of human behavior and mental processes. Later, I pursued a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, which allowed me to explore the deeper emotional and psychological patterns that shape people’s lives. Wanting to work more closely with individuals and their real-life challenges, I went on to complete formal training in counselling.

Over time, this path led me into psychotherapy, where I began listening to people’s stories in a much deeper way. Sitting with people as they navigate their fears, hopes, relationships, and personal struggles teaches you something textbooks never can — that every person carries a complex story, and every mind holds layers waiting to be understood.

The MindCodex grew from that curiosity about the mind, human behavior, and the strange, beautiful complexity of being human.
